Rug dusting is a very important step in the rug cleaning process. Dry soil, dust, sand and other particulates can get impacted deep down between the wool fibers. This dry soil can get impacted into the backing of your rug and you cannot remove it with regular vacuuming. Dusting is 80% of getting a rug clean.

Rug Dusting is a process which happens when we turn the rug upside down over a specialized grating system that allows us to carefully agitate the backing of the rug so that the dry soil falls through the grating system and can be removed before the had washing process begins.
